All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
We ship via Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary depending on location and service levels.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in the same condition they were received.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
90-Day Tag Warranty
All tags come with a one-time 90-day warranty. If your tag cracks, chips, or wears down unexpectedly, we’ll replace it.
To make a warranty claim, email us with your order number and a clear photo of the tag. The original tag will need to be returned before a replacement is issued.
Please note: normal wear and tear over time is expected, especially for active pets.
