We want your pet to love their new tag — and if they don’t, that’s okay. If you’re not completely happy, you can return the tag to us within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Return postage is covered by you, and once we receive the tag, we’ll take care of the rest and issue your refund.
90-Day Tag Warranty
If your tag cracks, chips, or wears down unexpectedly within the first 90 days, we’ll replace it. Simply email us with a photo of the tag and your order number, then send the tag back to us.
